UTMB will host the Texas Educators' Academies Collaborative for Health Professions - Southeast (TEACH-S) Educational Symposium on Friday, May 3, 2024. The event will take place in the Health Education Center from 7:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. TEACH-S is an organization comprised of five area health science institutions, which host the annual symposium on a rotating basis. The symposium provides a forum for sharing scholarly innovations and includes keynote sessions, workshops, small group discussions, and oral and poster presentations. This year's theme is "Adapting Learning and Teaching for the Digital Era."

* Status on requisitions in Jaggaer
* Status on Concur requests or reports.
* Issues with Concur or Jaggaer related to any account (cannot locate account, wrong combination errors, failed budget check, etc.)
* Inquiries on current/projected balances for seed, unrestricted, and grants accounts.
* Inquiries regarding grant policies (allowable purchases, restrictions, special requests, etc.)
* Financial reports requested by sponsors.
* Any other inquiries
